This custom performance management tool is built for small and mid-sized manufacturers. It turns data already available in the ERP system and Excel files into actionable information, with no additional data entry and no change to existing systems. Every dashboard block shows where its data comes from, when it was last updated, and flags any source file that has not been updated on schedule.

The Management View tracks margins, outstanding receivables, customer concentration, and variances between quoted and actual costs. The Operations View highlights delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints. The Job Detail View shows, line by line, where cost overruns occur.

The AI assistant lets users query results in natural language, explains them in context, and points directly to the source data for verification. All calculations remain fully handled by the dedicated calculation engine.

A tax simulator designed for Ukrainian-speaking clients living in France, to make the tax rules on furnished and Airbnb rentals easy to understand and the costs easy to anticipate.

The project was first built in French, to construct and validate the tax logic, before an adapted Ukrainian version was created for users unfamiliar with the French administration.

The calculator compares different tax regimes and shows how much rental income actually remains after all related expenses, taxes, and contributions. It also compares several rental scenarios and helps identify which option is best suited to each situation.

One point that matters: the key tax and administrative terms stay in French, so they remain recognisable on official documents, but each is explained in plain Ukrainian.

No shared-expense app suited me (frustrating freemium, cold UX, no real budget tracking). Rather than pay for the pro version of a product I did not like, I built my own: a “duo” account that automatically feeds a “solo” one, to see clearly into shared and personal spending alike. Kopika was also my most ambitious technical project: an opportunity to handle the entire full stack myself and push beyond my comfort zone. The version shown today is not the first iteration, but the result of a long learning process, redesigns and technical improvements. Building a site that answers someone else's vision, not mine. This project asked me to find the right balance between listening, executing and advising: understanding what the client expected, respecting her choices, and steering her when my expertise could serve her goals better.
